So I finished this Narnia piece and ohhhhhhh its so problematic. I think 'winging it' with the composition and the design was definitely the wrong thing to do. ;)

It's incredibly frustrating to work so long on a painting for it to end up being disappointing, but if anything it has taught me a lot. As of tomorrow I'm going to start the 21 days to be a better artist challenge by Noah Bradley (today I'm spending sitting in bed and feeling sorry for myself while reading art books and eating chocolate... don't judge). I think going back into some hardcore studies for a while is definitely going to help.

Maybe I'll upload every day with what I've learned from that certain study!
